We encourage everyone at LifeSpring to be part of a small group, so we have many different types of groups for many different types of people. Some groups are mostly young singles, other are couples with young children, while many groups have mix of ages and marital status. We offer dozens of LifeGroups that meet throughout the week, as well as Adult Bible School classes that meet on Sunday mornings. Small groups bring people into relationship to:
Dig into Scripture, gain a deeper understanding of who God is, and find answers to life’s tough questions.
Discover authentic community where you are supported, challenged, encouraged, and accepted for who you are.
Become more like Jesus by taking care of each other and the world—whether it’s replacing a roof, delivering a meal when a new baby arrives, or working with students in an under-resourced area.
Do you really believe that what you really believe is real?
This question and others are tackled in “The Truth Project”, a DVD-based small group curriculum comprised of 12 one-hour lessons taught by Dr. Del Tackett. This study is the starting point for looking at life from a biblical perspective. Each lesson discusses in great detail the relevance and importance of living the Christian worldview in daily life. We will begin this study on Sunday, January 17, at 8:45 a.m., in Room 101. Contact Dan Burton for more details.
MAN UP
Many men struggle with pornography and other sexual issues. There is a group of men at LifeSpring committed to pursuing freedom in Christ from issues of lust, pornography and sexual brokenness. MAN UP is a safe community of accountability, encouragement, and grace for men (college-age and beyond). The group meets on Mondays, 7:00-8:30p.m., in Room 161 at Clovernook. For more information, email manup@lifespringchristian.org.
